We move away from "corporate-clinical" models. We are human-first and non-directive. Our platform uses native A.I. to handle the administrative heavy lifting (like CV rewriting and goal tracking) so you can focus entirely on the human connection and solving "by Tuesday" problems.

It is whatever you want it to be! Our platform is built for total flexibility. You can use it as a high-paying side hustle (a few hours a week) or scale it into a full-time practice.

Coaches earn $45 per session (less all platform and payment processing fees)

Because our workflow is so lean, you can handle more clients with less stress:

  • ~2 hours/day (50 sessions/mo): $2,250/month.

  • Full-time (5 sessions/day, 6 days/week): $5,400/month.


No. We are Navigators, not lecturers. Your role is to be non-directive—helping the client find their own path by using the platform’s data (assessments, journals, and CV tools) to mirror their strengths back to them.


Our platform is perfect for you! The 10-step workflow and 11 predefined session types (Discovery, Challenges, Celebration, etc.) provide a professional structure that allows you to start coaching with confidence from day one.
